About us · Preserving tradition, inspiring excellence
Shaolin culture is more than martial arts — it is a practice of living well, thinking clearly and growing in wisdom.
Our culture
Shaolin culture refers to the culture and philosophy associated with the Shaolin Temple in China — a historic Buddhist monastery known as the birthplace of Chinese martial arts and the cradle of Zen.
It spans Buddhism, martial arts, medicine, art and philosophy. Following the belief that “every moment is practice”, generations of monks cultivated body, will and moral character in pursuit of inner peace and self-transcendence.
Shaolin Culture Centre — formerly the Shaolin Club — was founded in 2011 by Master Guo Zhifeng. It has trained thousands of students worldwide while organizing competitions, performances and cultural exchange events.

Our aim
To nurture each child’s unique interests, unlock potential, and build confidence and inner strength through Shaolin culture and traditional Chinese martial arts.
